Break Monitor

Break Monitor is a Mac application that prompts you to take regular breaks while you work. Simply tell it how long your work and break periods are. After that Break Monitor will notify you when its time to take a break. When your break is over, Break Monitor will prompt you to go back to work. Use Break Monitor when you need to: » Take stretch breaks throughout the day » Drink water at regular intervals » Stare away from the screen after certain time » Take pills or tablets at a certain intervals » Accomplish uninterrupted tasks
